I know what it's like to be a smoker.

For years, I tried all sorts of methods to quit.

I smoked for over 50 years and have now been smoke-free for 7 years.

I understand the routines, the triggers, the excuses we tell ourselves and the frustration of wanting to stop while continuing to reach for another cigarette.

That's one of the reasons I feel so passionate about helping others break free from smoking.

Because I know what life feels like on both sides of the habit.

And I know the freedom that comes when smoking is no longer running the show.

This gives us the opportunity to discuss your smoking history, your goals and whether this approach is the right fit for you.

If you decide to move forward, a $100 deposit secures your Quit Smoking Session and is deducted from the total session fee.

My goal is to help you become a non-smoker, not to lock you into ongoing appointments.

For the rare occasion that additional support is needed, I also include a complimentary back-up session to help reinforce your success moving forward.
