About Sandy

I know what it's like to want change and not know where to start.

For over 50 years I was a smoker, trying different ways to quit and wondering why nothing seemed to last.

When I finally experienced hypnotherapy for myself, everything changed.

What I discovered is that lasting change isn't just about the technique — it's about finding the right approach and working with someone who truly understands your goals.

Not only did I become a non-smoker, but I also discovered the incredible power of working with the unconscious mind to create lasting change.

Today, I help people break free from unwanted habits, shift old patterns and move forward with greater confidence, clarity and freedom.

My approach combines Hypnotherapy, NLP, Timeline Therapy® and other proven techniques, tailored to each individual because no two people are the same.

Based in Wauchope, I work with clients both in person and online across Australia. Helping people create positive change isn't just what I do - It's a journey I've walked myself.

How I Can Help You Quit

Most people who decide on hypnosis have generally tried everything else, but those other methods have done nothing to address the underlying problem - the unconscious patterns and the deep-seated habit that keeps you smoking. Smoking or vaping is an unconscious behaviour which is out of your conscious control.

So, what I do, is work out your unconscious triggers and patterns and release them. I then do a hypnosis session, specifically tailored to your needs incorporating the triggers and patterns that are unique to you and release them. Once you release these unconscious triggers and patterns smoking or vaping is no longer an issue. Many people think that they are addicted to the nicotine, but it is the actual habit that they are addicted to. I can help you release those unconscious patterns and triggers for you to easily become a non-smoker.

Hypnosis is a natural therapy which has been used effectively for centuries and can be used for many reasons, not just to Quit Smoking but helps with weight loss, overcome nail biting, teeth grinding, anxiety and so on.
